Here at Kason Corporation, we understand that every business has its own unique processing requirements. That is why we deliver fully customized processors and reactors, based on Kason’s broad range of horizontal mixers and double cone blenders. Available in capacities ranging from 50 to 5,000 liters (2 to 180 cu ft), our industrial processing equipment and industrial reacting equipment has been utilized for applications such as batch mixing, sterilizing, drying filter cakes, slurry mixes, and chemical reactions. Our processors and reactors also provide cost-effective cooling and drying of virtually any bulk material.
We custom-engineer each model to meet specific processing requirements. Our processors and reactors are available in sanitary and high-performance carbon steel, 304 & 316 stainless steel, as well as other exotic alloys and finishes. The units can also be modified to function in potentially explosive atmospheres and are fully compliant with all US and international safety and sanitary regulations.
