Description
How the Stack Tracker Works:
It utilizes one of the basic laws of magnetics: like poles repel and opposites attract. By inducing “like” magnetic fields into a stack of steel sheets or plates, repelling forces are created from sheet to sheet. This forces them to separate. When a stack is positioned, the magnet is then turned on and sheeting fanning occurs, requiring no operator interface with the magnets.
Simply slide the housing over the pin and attach the Tracker to the side of the stack of blanks, near the top. As blanks are removed, the Tracker will work its way to the bottom of the stack, fanning individual blanks as it moves.
