Single Blade Diverter

PEBCO^® Diverters are designed to efficiently direct material through a selected path of your bulk handling system. PEBCO^®’s standard diverters offer all common industry configurations of Offset (“K”) and Included (“Y”) diverters in 30°, 45°, 60°, and 90° arrangements. You can also customize the equipment to your specific requirements.

PEBCO^® Diverters are ideal for handling a wide variety of materials ranging across the most challenging applications. These diverters operate in applications such as run-of-mine ores to sticky gypsum or finished cement. They can also handle temperatures from 50°F below zero to over 1000°F.

PEBCO^®‘s Single Blade Diverter provides full diversion and flow splitting capabilities. The simple design on the Single Blade Diverter also allows for easy maintenance and adaptation.

The classic design frequently referred to as a “flop-gate”
Simple design and easy to maintain but requires removal from the process chute-work for access
Provides full diversion and flow splitting capabilities
Optional side seals improve sealing to the closed leg with granular products or products with fines.
Easily adapted to very large, rugged applications such as run-of-mine materials
