Description
When a reduction of pressure or a limitation of the flow rate is required a restriction orifice must be inserted into the pipeline. Our technical department will evaluate the correct design for the restriction orifice.
A complex design will be required if high delta pressures, a change in phase, or sonic issues can occur. The solution in these cases is to devide the delta pressure in several steps. This avoids all the issues that can be generated by these factors. This solution is called multi-step restriction orifice.
