Description
The CPH6000 Handheld Pressure Calibrator has the capability to connect to a variety of WIKA pressure sensors. It features accuracies of up to 0.025% and measuring ranges up to116,000 psi. These sensors can be interchanged quickly and without tools. The CPH6000 Handheld Pressure Calibrator accomodated fixed sensors or can be used with externally connected sensors. The digital indicator recognizes the new range when the sensor is changed.
Functionality
The Handheld Pressure Calibrator menus provide 3 operating modes to choose from: MEASURING, CALIBRATION, and PRESSURE SWITCH TEST. In the CALIBRATION and PRESSURE SWITCH TEST modes, a menu assistant supports the user during each operation. It can record the calibration data from several calibrations or automatically calculates the switch hysteresis. There are electrical inputs and outputs which are protected from adverse conditions in the field by captive protection caps.

Various service cases are available. These include cases with or without pressure generation, charger, test-cable set, adapter, etc.
Certified accuracy
The Accuracy of each pressure sensor supplied with the Handheld Pressure Calibrator is certified by a factory calibration certificate which accompanies the instrument. On request, we can provide a calibration certificate traceable to national standards
