Ventex Explosion Isolation Safety Valve

Mechanism

Without air flow, the closing body is in an open position. In normal operation, the air flows around the open closing body. In the event of an explosion, the pressure wave presses the closing body against the closing-body gasket. The valve locks and thus prevents the propagation of flames and pressure waves.
