US Hose Fittings

Fittings are designed assure 100% performance by each hose up to rated burst pressure: available in carbon steel, stainless steel (T316 and T304), brass, aluminum, Hastelloy C-276, polypropylene and kynar.

Double start threads, scrolls or serrations engage the inner wire and ensure positive location of the outer wire after swaging: assuring that the hose is permanently engaged and sealed to the fitting. Precise machining assures maintenance of hose film pack and wire integrity for a leakproof connection. Full range of slings are warehoused and recommended for support in heavy dock and barge service. Scuff guards recommended to protect hose from excessive abrasion; available in 60-ft (18 meter) coils that can be cut, banded and clamped to hose.
