High Temperature ThermMaster Small Diameter Hose

Fluoropolymer (PTFE) lined composite hose assemblies for high temperature aggressive chemicals.

Suitable up to 162 degrees C/325 degrees F with a T316 stainless steel inner wire and a galvanized steel outer wire with chemically engineered 100% resistant barrier layers embedded in the hose wall to prevent aggressive chemical attack and leakage from molten Sulphur or fuming sulphuric acid. Hose assemblies are capable of pressurization and full vacuum with a diverse selection of end fittings and materials where chemical attack or erosion of the outer wire require the option of a stainless steel outer wire/ Working pressures of up to 150 psi (10 bar) with conformance to EN 13765:2010 and working temperatures of up to 162 degrees C (325 F).
