Chemiflex PTFE SGF947-SSF947 Chemical Hose

Fluoropolymer (PTFE or ECTFE) lined composite hose assemblies with a standard T316 stainless steel inner wire and a galvanized steel outer wire with chemically engineered 100% resistant barrier layers embedded in the hose wall to prevent aggressive chemical attack and leakage.

Hose assemblies are capable of pressurization and full vacuum with a diverse selection of end fittings and materials where chemical attack or erosion of the outer wire require the option of a stainless steel outer wire. Working pressures of up to 250 psi (17 bar) with conformance to EN 13765:2010 and working temperatures of up to 100 degrees C (212 F).

End Fittings

Specially designed end fittings have been developed for use with Titeflex US Hose composite hoses that have a unique leak-proof sealing face and specially machined helical spiral shank which engages into the corresponding internal helix wire when secured into the hose by either crimping or swaging the external ferrules.
