Standard blade supports are available as re-greasable cam followers, polymer or steel slide bars, or pins. While neoprene, felt and silicone are Pebco’s most common seal materials, a range of other polymers such as Tivar^®, Teflon^®, specialty urethanes, and many more are available to meet your application requirements.

Slide Gates can be fully customized to fit your needs. Actuation options are available on every model and additional features include externally accessible seals and blade supports.

Description

PEBCO^®Flapper Valves & Double Flapper Valves create metal-to-metal sealing surfaces for vacuum or pressure applications. Both versions can be customized for high temperature applications and have additional optional features.

Classic airlock design utilizes metal-to-metal sealing surfaces
Simple, robust construction is suitable for vacuum or pressure applications with abrasive material
Outboard bearings and adjustable shaft packing is ideal for high temperature applications
Typical applications include: Dust collector/cyclone discharges and pneumatic conveying

Optional Features:

Include a spool or “dutchman” between two flappers to increase throughput
Timer boards and enclosure available upon request
