Description
Electro-Sensors shaft speed switches compare a shaft’s actual speed to one or more set points and change a relay state when the shaft slows, stops, overspeeds, or reverses. They are the first line of protection against belt slip on conveyors and bucket elevators, plugged screw conveyors, and drive failures. Systems are available as a switch with an integrated sensor, or as a separate switch, sensor, and pulse target. Explosion-proof, water-resistant, panel-mount, and DIN-rail models cover most plant environments, and most speed switches carry a 5-year limited warranty.
