Electro-Sensors Shaft Speed Sensors

Non-contact Hall effect, magnetoresistive, proximity, and 4-20 mA sensors for monitoring shaft speed in standard and hazardous locations.

Description

Electro-Sensors shaft speed sensors detect magnets in a pulser disc, wrap, or wheel, or ferrous targets such as bolt heads and gear teeth, across a large air gap. They send pulse (NPN or PNP) or 4-20 mA signals to a PLC, speed switch, or display. No user calibration is required, and explosion-proof, intrinsically safe, and dust-ignition-proof versions are available for grain, feed, and other dusty environments. Most sensors carry a 5-year limited warranty.
