WT1000/WT1500 Thermostatic Steam Traps

STERILIZERS, DRIP, TRACING: The WT1000 is seal welded and therefore Non-Repairable. It is NOT available with a strainer. This product CANNOT be welded in-line or failure of the Thermal Element may occur. The WT1500 is a repairable version with increased capacity; ideal for sterilizers. These trap is small, light, and has excellent air handling capabilities. The discharging of air on start-up allows steam to enter the system more quickly.

Description

WT1000/WT1500 Thermostatic Steam Traps are extremely energy efficient and excellent at discharging air allowing steam to enter the system quickly during system startup. Models are available in Stainless and alloy steel for Drip, Tracing, and medium size Process applications. Pressures up to 650 psig.

Superior air venting capability and extremely energy efficient
Single model operates over the entire pressure range in contrast to (F&Ts & IBs)
Considerably Smaller in size than F&Ts & IB traps of similar capacities
Self-draining to prevent freezing (unlike F&Ts and IB traps)
