These slide gates and valves are designed to best control the flow of materials at varying rates and in a wide range of environments. From single blade gates to dewatering gates and clamshell gates, PEBCO has the perfect product for your job.

Standard blade supports are available as re-greasable cam followers, polymer or steel slide bars, or pins. While neoprene, felt and silicone are Pebco’s most common seal materials, a range of other polymers such as Tivar^®, Teflon^®, specialty urethanes, and many more are available to meet your application requirements.

Slide Gates can be fully customized to fit your needs. Actuation options are available on every model and additional features include externally accessible seals and blade supports.

Description

PEBCO^®Slide Gates and Rolling Slide Gates with De-Watering Feature minimize housekeeping and environmental concerns while maximizing product value for your customer by allowing water to drain from the product when the gate is closed. Front or rear drain ports are available to best suit your specific process needs.

Operates as a conventional gate while allowing water to be evacuated from product retained above closed gate
Oversized drain ports and flushing connections ensure the drain path stays clear
Rear de-watering feature includes sloped blade to promote enhanced water flow to drain port in retract area
Front de-watering feature eliminates oversized trough in bonnet portion of the gate to provide dewatering feature in minimum space
