Rolling Blade Diverters

PEBCO^® Diverters are designed to efficiently direct material through a selected path of your bulk handling system. PEBCO^®’s standard diverters offer all common industry configurations of Offset (“K”) and Included (“Y”) diverters in 30°, 45°, 60°, and 90° arrangements. You can also customize the equipment to your specific requirements.

PEBCO^® Diverters are ideal for handling a wide variety of materials ranging across the most challenging applications. These diverters operate in applications such as run-of-mine ores to sticky gypsum or finished cement. They can also handle temperatures from 50°F below zero to over 1000°F.

Description

PEBCO^® Offset and Two-Way Rolling Blade Diverters offer full diversion or flow splitting while providing the ability to positively close both legs. When closed, these Diverters offer absolute dust-tight sealing capability, even under moderate differential pressures.

These diverters incorporate the features and benefits of the One Way Rolling Blade Gates into a diverter configuration
Typically supplied with two actuators, one for each leg
Unique in the PEBCO line, this diverter offers diversion, flow splitting, and positive closure of both legs
If only diversion operation is required, a linkage can be provided to allow operation with a single actuator
Capable of closing through a static column of material
Full, dust-tight sealing to the closed leg
