The RBX-150 attains 80% peak effeciencies and provides dry, clean, oil-free air flow up to 1,875cfm at a maximum vacuum of 87 in.H2O, and maximum pressure of 107 in.H2O. All of Republic Centrifugal Blowers are belt-driven and designed for both pressure and vacuum applications. The RBX-150 has been designed to achieve best-in-class performance across a wide spectrum of applications and industries and comes with a standard 2-year Warranty.

Description

The RBX-150 is ~25% more efficient and 7-8x more durable than traditional Centrifugal Blowers, requiring far less energy than alternative compressed air systems. The RB150 operates up to 25,000rpm and is manufactured in Dallas, Texas. It features:

  • Ceramic hybrid bearings
  • Rotatable discharge
  • Easy to remove/replace bearing housing assembly
  • Quick-connect filtration
  • Zinc-plated steel motor pulley

The RBX-150 can be configured with the following:

  • 7.5 hp, 10 hp, 15 hp, 20 hp, or 25 hp Motor (TEFC, Washdown, or Explosion-Proof)
  • Ferrule, Hose Connections or Flanges on the Inlet
  • Hose Connections or Flanges on the Discharge
  • Inlet Filtration (Polyurethane Element or Paper Element)
  • Stainless Steel or Hard Anodized Aluminum Impeller

  • Thermocouples to monitor bearing temperature
