Republic’s 2″ and  3″ Aluminum Air Knives are manufactured out of extruded aluminum and use a high velocity air stream to remove liquid, dust, and debris from products prior to labeling, ink jet laser coating, packaging, or other secondary operations. Republic offers 2″ and 3″ Aluminum Air Knives in lengths from 2” to 196” and are manufactured with an adjustable gap for better air stream control.
