ASME Pressure Vessels

The American Society of Mechanical Engineers or ASME developed codes in regards to boilers and pressure vessels relating to pressure integrity governing the design, fabrication, and inspection of boilers and pressure vessels.

These ASME pressure vessels are generally round in shape, and can be mounted vertically or horizontally. We have produced rectangular vessels also, for low pressure applications.

We have manufactured ASME pressure vessels from carbon steel (least expensive), stainless steel, aluminum, and high nickel alloys.

Vessel pressure ratings can be 1000psig or higher, and occasionally vacuum ratings are required also.

Optionally we can also produce and supply support structures, mounting lugs, lifting lugs, catalyst trays, visual access, manways, thermal insulation, safety relief valves, and process control valves.

Weights and sizes vary with customer request. Some ASME pressure vessels will fit in the trunk of a car, and others weigh as much as 100,000 lbs
