AERT and AERCS Series Regenerataive Turbine Pumps

Fabtek’s AERT and AERCS Series deliver high-efficiency operation by combining the latest concepts in the hydraulic turbine pump design with precision computer-controlled manufacturing. This series brings together high discharge pressure of displacement designs with the flexible operation of centrifugal pumps.

The AERT and AERCS Series pumps deliver high-efficiency operation with increased quality and overall value. Costs are controlled by highly optimized pump designs and efficient manufacturing processes, thereby giving you top-of-the-line pumps at a reasonable price.

Should maintenance ever be required, costs are kept to a minimum by combining an easily serviceable design with the use of heavy-duty, high-quality components to provide a long service life.

Description

Our turbine pumps can easily be retrofitted to replace pumps from other brands. These pumps immediately improve the reliability and performance of any system.

Fabtek AERT and AERCS Series Regenerataive Turbine Pumps are proudly made in the USA. All American components assure optimal performance and reliability.

Water Passage Design

Fabtek masters one of the most critical design considerations for regenerative turbine pumps—the shaping of water passageways that achieve the highest capacity and pressure while minimizing horsepower requirements. By optimizing water passageway cross-sectional profiles for each impeller, we have improved both efficiency and pressure in our pumps and exceeded the levels realized by previous techniques.

Self-Adjusting Impeller

A hydrodynamic film on each side of the impeller positions it for a long lifespan. The impeller exerts no axial thrust load on bearings, thereby substantially extending motor life compared to competitors designs. Pumps operate equally well in a vertical or horizontal position.
