2080 Pneumatic 2-Way Valve with PTFE Bellows

The valve consists of a pneumatically piston actuator with return spring, a stainless steel housing and a PTFE bellows. The PTFE bellows element serves to separate the media also acts as a seat seal. When installed in the appropriate position (valve facing downwards), the valve is self-draining. The materials used and the inner contours are easy to clean (CIP and SIP). The valve is suitable for foodstuffs. Due to the comparatively low stroke, it achieves a very high number of switching cycles and short switching times with high flow rates. This makes this valve type ideal f.e. applications in the filling sector. The modular design allows it to be equipped with various valve fittings and customer-specific line connections. The pneumatic actuator can be extended with various functions and is preferablycontrolled externally via a pilot valve or a valve terminal.
