Republic Regenerative Blower Vacuum Kits are designed to include the plumbing, filtration, gauges, silencers, and valves that most applications require – all pre-assembled into a compact package, and are also available as Enclosed Vacuum Kit Systems.
Both the HRC and 4RC series of Regenerative Blowers are available in single-stage (one impeller), double-stage (two impellers), or triple-stage (three impeller) configurations. The impeller is directly connected to the motor shaft, providing powerful force without undue friction. The bearings are outside the compression chamber, ensuring maximum operational reliability under high differential pressure.
A regenerative blower, also called a side channel blower or ring compressor, pulls air or gas into a side channel through the air inlet. This air is progressively accelerated and pressurized by one or more impellers rotating inside the impeller chamber. The resulting pressurized air or gas is discharged through the exhaust outlet.
The KV4RC210-A75 uses a single phase, high pressure regenerative blower with a maximum air flow of 34 cfm, maximum vacuum of 108 in.H2O, and maximum pressure of 128 in.H2O.
