Puritan Grate Magnets

Rows of magnetic tubes installed in hoppers, bins, and chutes to pull fine and medium ferrous contamination out of free-flowing dry products.

Description

Puritan Grate Magnets place one or more rows of high-strength magnetic tubes directly in the product stream. As material flows through the grate, it contacts the tubes and ferrous particles are held on the tube surfaces. Grates drop into hopper openings, bin discharges, and chute transitions, and they are one of the most cost-effective ways to protect downstream equipment and product purity.

  • Square and round configurations with optional tube spacing
