Republic’s Air Wipes can be customized for your application and are designed to incorporate additional systems for higher speeds. The open-jaw, dual stainless air knives, and clam-shell overspray enclosures eliminate the need for threading during a break or spool change, decreasing downtime and increasing throughput.

For wire, cable, and extruded materials from .010″ to 2″ diameter and up to 600 ft/min, our efficient single cable and wire air wipes systems can incorporate additional systems for higher speeds. The open jaw design eliminates the need for threading during a break or spool change, decreasing downtime and increasing throughput.
